Swag Print Factory
Swag has been in business for more than 25 years, making fair-wage, responsible merch for countless businesses, organizations and people. Originally an offshoot of Swag Design Factory, after a dramatic increase in demand for printed merch, it was clear that Swag’s print component deserved its own digital home and a distinct identity.
The Challenge
It was crucial to the folks at Swag that their messaging be completely transparent about the nature of the industry. They wanted to be honest about this, while still explaining how Swag works differently. It was essential to highlight the planet-friendly processes they prioritize and the people they choose to work with. On the flip side, the messaging also needed to convey the pure joy of print. More often than not, merch is a cause for celebration and the brand needed to capture those good-time vibes

Merch for The People
We wanted every potential customer to feel invested and fully aligned with the Swag story from the moment they were introduced. By honing in on who Swag is, what they do, and how they’re different, we were able to tell a deeper story using messaging that was frank, conversational, and fun. Since the site launched, business exploded for Swag Print Factory, with revenue up 150% in the first year alone.

Testimonial
Our new messaging was exactly what was needed to connect with our audience and help us find like-minded people and businesses to work with! We are genuinely delighted with our brand messaging and use components of it weekly. We now have a voice that is authentic to who we are and what we believe and speaks to our audience in an honest, approachable way. Since our website launch, the business has increased at an incredible pace!
